The straight edge of the blade is flat-ground to provide excellent cutting power for everyday use, and the PROTECH teardrop tip is complemented by a false back edge on the side of the blade to provide a sharper, tougher penetration. The black anodized T6 aluminum handle has excellent curves for a perfect fit in the hand, and the handle comes with a premium imported colored carbon braze patch. The padded section of the front section of the blade with a non-slip pattern is the unlocking mechanism, which is secured by two hexagonal screws for your one-handed use. The black coated clip makes this Ultra Tech even easier to carry, and the craftsmanship of Ultra Tech is evident in this piece. 154CM is a 440C high molybdenum improved grade, based on 440C, it increases the wear resistance of the material (especially the resistance to curling edges) improves the corrosion resistance of the material, and at the same time has better machinability.
